Overall excellent experience with Pro American Roofing. I had the pleasure of interacting with Jordan Castillo and Christian Salguero. They are very approachable, friendly, and courteous. Not one bit of pressure tactics or pushiness. They are more than happy and willing to walk you through every step in the whole process. Extremely transparent and does not mind answering all your questions at length and in detail. The roofing team was super quick and efficient. They arrived early in the morning and everything was completed shortly after lunch time. The crew was professional and cleaned up nicely too. Jordan and Christian both stopped by to inspect the work in progress as well as perform a quality control check on the finalized project. Christian will go above and beyond to make sure that you’re comfortable and satisfied. Answering all your questions and making sure that you are receiving the best possible outcome. Just got a full roof and gutter replacement from Jimmy and Obed. Ramos came out to repair our gate. He did a really good job. Before the repair I could hardly close the gate. Now it works very smoothly. After having our gate fixed, we decided to have Firewheel stain our entire fence. They repaired our fence before staining it, which was important to us. The 2 men who did the work were very conscientious, and took great pride in their work. The owner was very helpful in deciding to use solid stain and in selecting the color.

We had a great experience working with Raza and his team. We unfortunately had to replace more of our fence than expected due to an unknown termite issue that was found during repairs. Raza felt bad and saw we had two Bengal cats that love to be outside. Since one of our curious cats runs away and we can’t let them out, he built us this amazing cage for them within our new fence. Both cats love being outside there with us by the pool and it’s such a cool feature. We are very happy with our new fence and working with the team.
