I needed an 11 month home warranty inspection for a new construction home and Greg was absolutely amazing. Professional, prompt, friendly, thorough, and honest! I’m new to homeownership and wasn’t at all sure what to expect, however Gregg walked me through everything he was going to do. At the end of the inspection, he showed me each and every deficiency, both on the inside and outside of the home. It was a home inspection of a pre-owned house with all required tests and checks. It embraces everything from the basement to the roof coverage and more, like sprinkle systems, fences etc. Greg inspected everything thoroughly and provided all the details with explanation even all the tiny issues he observed. Also he provided options and recommendations regarding HVAC and all the appliances with paths of how it could be resolved. Informational portal used by Greg is surprisingly convenient and can possess not only text and pictures but video recordings as well which is very helpful to review what is going on in areas difficult of access.

Greg is very professional at what he does. Very thorough and his detailed report is self explanatory....easy to understand. I will definitely use him again. Yesterday's rain confirmed the need to put a gutter to fix a drainage issue he recommended on his inspection.

TexStar is the best in the business. I'll never let another company inspect a home. If you want a high caliber, detailed inspection, look no further. You get what you pay for so beware of cheaper companies. I am very satisfied with Brian's work and hlightly recommend Tex Star Home Inspections!' Five stars in all regards!
