Benny was professional, knowledgeable, patient, and understood that we want to get the system fixed without buying a whole new system. He replaced the condenser and one of the parts for the starter. Unfortunately our old fan was overheating and then turning off leaving the compressor outside not able to breathe enough air to work. Unfortunately this time he did not have the blower fan to replace it and we had to wait until the part arrived. The good news is that the fan did fix the problem. He was also taking notes and videos about the problem so that the technician that came to install the fan knew what he was facing. Great teamwork.

Milestone Electric is a hugh help trying to get our air condition right so the air flow right throughout the entire house. Jeremy outstanding customer service, very understanding and caring for the customers needs. Abel came right in and finished up the job. Outstanding service. As he was working our power went out in the neighborhood but they had head lamps and continued to work. Nothing stopped them. Let Milestone do your work for what ever problem you have. I was very pleased with Thomas the technician that came to the house. He was very nice and check the furnace to make sure it was working safely and properly for the cold weather. The only thing that was not communicated like I was told it would be was receiving a call the day or evening before to give me a time he would arrive. Luckily we were home when he showed up and everything went very well. Defiantly would reccomend again.
