Signed up with a 12 month contract through speaking with Brielle on a Friday. Brielle was very nice and worked to fit us in as quickly as possible. We got an appointment the very next day. Our tech, Robert, was very informative and explanatory of the services to be provided. He elaborated on services and techniques to be employed as well as preventative methods to heed in helping our cause. These guys are Awsome! Had a rat, Josh came out and set a few traps, checked for entry points, gave options for them to fix the issues or to do myself, no pressure at all ! Personable, Professional and came out same day and now 24 hrs later the rat is gone ! Praise God.
