With a sick grandchild, we needed emergency cleaning on a brand new sofa and new rug. Rick sent a very professional associate out first thing the next morning. Micha was very thorough and did a beautiful job returning our furniture and rug to pristine condition. Having been a customer for 35 yrs. Great job! Yo and Rick were true professionals and took care of the job in no time. It was actually a pleasure to have to have them here. I had multiple pet stains and odors and was advised they might come back, but not when they left! Could not recommend this team more.
