Nick and Scott were awesome! Personable and helpful! They helped get me through the process of changing out all of my plumbing fixtures and reconnecting garbage disposal, including tub/shower kits, after a countertop installation, starting with disconnect of old faucets and garbage disposal. And they adjusted my dishwasher because it was not seated correctly in its space. They did awesome work and everything looks so good! Top notch service! I will definitely use Nick and Scott in the future if I need any plumbing work done! Thank you for a job excellently done.

David was so polite, professional and easy going. I appreciated Universal Plumbing’s approach to fix my issue (garbage disposal) vs assuming they would need to replace it. Another company I called told me upfront the cost to replace vs fixing. While I did need the disposal replaced, I felt more confident in that solution as David exhausted other options first. He also worked quickly and I was back up and running in no time. I hope to not have another plumbing issue anytime soon but I’ll know who to call when the time comes.

David was awesome. He was thorough and did everything perfectly. I appreciate Universal Plumbing returning to put water line back to original 3/4" water flow with no restrictions.

Cullen and Bo were very professional and amazing. They were hired to service my water heater and grateful for their knowledge and hard work. Only thing it needed was a flush and it was good to go. Highly recommend. They were super nice too. Fast scheduling. Called them Saturday and they were quick to schedule me for today. Again highly recommend. Also free quote which is great.

A great company I'll be calling again if I have a future problem! I would like to praise an employee there named Trevor. He was so knowledgeable and answered every question I had and was so kind! 10/10 Recommend Trevor if you want the best service! Thank you again Trevor.

I highly recommend Meetze plumbing and you’ll be lucky if you get Andrew to help you. He was professional, knowledgeable, and courteous. Andrew went out of his way to help quickly and efficiently and didn’t get annoyed with the 1000 questions I asked him. The quote was given upfront and there was no room for confusion after he explained everything so well. 10/10 I think Andrew should be running his own company with the knowledge and professionalism he carries! Meetze plumbing is VERY fortunate to have him.

Alex Romero was my plumbing specialist and he was outstanding! Clear in all conversation and did a great job repairing a slab leak. He had a lot to do with drywall cutting, jack hammering, pipe repair and pouring concrete. Excellent repair and left the work area clean. Alex was impressive!

Greg did an excellent job fixing my water heater’s pressure relief valve line. The work was done professionally, neatly, and quickly. He explained what he was doing and made sure the setup met VA inspection requirements. Everything looks great and functions perfectly now. The only minor downside was that the cost felt a bit higher than expected for a small job, but the quality and peace of mind were well worth it. Overall, I’m very satisfied and would definitely recommend Greg for reliable plumbing work.
