We were wanting to get a very large oak tree removed that sat between our house and our neighbors, grinding 2 stumps and chasing roots. Requested quotes from a few tree companies in the area. Eben Gray had the quickest response and made us feel the most comfortable so we went with them. After requesting a quote, Zach called to set up a time that was convenient for us. He arrived timely, is very knowledgeable and answered all questions. He explained the process in detail and sent us a quote within 24 hours. We were satisfied with the price and turn around time. They did a wonderful job with communication before, during and after the tree removal. There were parts of our fence they needed to take down and they made sure to restore the fence after the tree removal. The team was really skilled and took all necessary steps to safely remove our tree and did an exceptional job cleaning up after. Zach was intentional with following up afterwards to make sure we were satisfied with the job. 10/10 would recommend this company.

More than happy with their services. They have top of the line equipment and the team worked in a well orchestrated manner to finish the job in a fast, efficient and safe way. They even took my mailbox down to avoid damage and placed in back when the job was done. On top of that, their prices are more than reasonable.

Out of 3 estimates, Eben Gray had the best price to remove trees damaged from Helene. Plus, I used them years ago, and was happy with their work. They did a great job cutting down and trimming my trees, and cleaned up everything. Thanks.

Our insurance agent recommended Southern Grind for our property damage caused by hurricane Helene . We had no idea who to turn to and did not want caught up in the vultures that showed up to take advantage of victims of the storm. We had trees taken off our house and very large trees cut down. Amazing work and great crew. Highly recommend.

Cody came out and looked at my two massive pecan tree stumps and root balls courtesy of Hurricane Helene. He told gave me an estimate, told me the timeline that they could get to my job, held true to that timeline and then he and his crew did a great job! I would highly recommend them. Also thanks to Alexis for all her help! Thanks guys!!.

All tree fertilization work was professional. Advance notice of date for work is very effective communication. Upon arrival, the Technician greeted my wife and explained her work plan. When work was completed, there was a written door tag to confirm work completed. When I emailed for watering instructions, I got an email response within an hour explaining options and timing.

I have been a customer of Bartlett Tree Experts for several years and they always do a wonderful job. This last job involved two tree removals and a lot of pruning of trees in my yard. As always, they were prompt and courteous, and did an excellent job with all of their work including clean up at the end.

Very professional from the initial appointment setup, arborist visit and the crew coming onsite to perform the work. No debris left following their work. Pricing was reasonable and was a great value for the service! We will definitely continue to use Bartlett for all of our tree needs going forward.
