After purchasing a home in Augusta, I continued the service with Hargrove that the previous owner had in place. That was the right move. Every technician that comes to the house is kind, friendly, knowledgeable and respectful. They have shoe covers that they wear! I wish EVERY company/contractor would do that! They take time to answer any questions I have, and I've never had a problem getting them to come back out if I have an issue between services. Debbie in the office is alway super friendly and helpful when I call. I appreciate the email reports that they send after coming to the house. I use Hargrove for Termite, routine pest control and mosquito control.

Hornes came out right before Masters with a last minute appointment (my house had rented) and sprayed because I had started seeing a few bugs, the gentleman was extremely professional and effecient. It was raining at the time and said that he would be back after the rain to spray the outside, but understood my concerns with having guests during Masters so he wanted to make sure that the inside was taken care of.
