I have not been the easiest customer to deal with because of my indecisiveness on what size unit and when I want to move into it and all the questions I have had I must say the customer service that has been shown to me is top of the line Miss Susie has been so professional and patient and kind answered all my questions I had a very bad experience with another company so I've been very picky when looking for another storage company to use dealing with Miss Susie has really put my mind at ease I truly feel like Summit storage truly cares about making their customers have the best experience they can.

Pros Summit self storage is very affordable and convenient.Summit Self Storage was clean, safe and simple to use. The price was outstanding. The staff did a wonderful job with communication.

Great experience, when in at a last moment, they were very informative and they definitely helped to take the correct decision.
