We were referred to Cam by our realtor and boy was that a perfect referral! From my first conversation, Cam was very informative and explained the entire home inspection process to us as we are first time home owners. We were getting our home built from the ground up and he educated us so much on what to look out for. Because of the builders, we had to change our home inspection date, a couple of times and Cam was very flexible! On the day of our inspection, he came out with a warm smile, very friendly, very detailed oriented and thorough! He walked the entire house inside and outside along with my husband and I and the builders. He did a phenomenal job. Cam is great at what he does. Upon arrival he greeted us and made us aware of what he was doing. Once he was done inspecting the property he sat down with us and explained how he conducted the inspection and the things he discovered. It was very easy to schedule an inspection for a home I have an offer to buy on. He worked diligently to get a timely inspection time scheduled. I feel his rate was reasonable. He gave a very detailed report that included pictures of the home very shortly after completing the inspection. The report had a summary page that made our discussion with realtor & seller easy. I recently used All Star Home Inspections for a pre-purchase inspection on a home in Wrens, GA. Charles completed the inspection and was very thorough and detailed in the report and notes. I communicated with Chuck before and after the inspection and was able to fully understand what could be inspected and what couldn't - having these expectations set beforehand is really important for customer service and I was very happy with the detail of the report I got back. I've known Chuck at All Star for the better part of a decade. He's always been thorough and knowledgeable. He's inspected, as of this writing, 2 homes.
