Excellent experience! David was incredibly informative when it came to explaining the carpet cleaning process. He took great care to explain how he deals with pet urine and his services to get rid of it completely. He also explained what kind of spot removal we should use if we had another animal accident.Would definitely use Welch's Chem-Dry again for the quality and the value of his services. Note: I had three rooms with one room needing Pet Urine Removal treatment.
I had a very pleasant experience with ChemDry. I have some furniture that is dry clean only, and it had several stains and water spots. The service was reasonably priced, quick, and the gentleman was very friendly. The furniture is clean and smells fresh. He also took the time to explain the different processes and why certain fabrics require different solutions. Will use in the future!
AWESOME! Very professional. Knowledgeable. Used NO SOAP on our carpet which is a MAJOR PLUS! Arrived within the time specified. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!
