We are so pleased that we selected Mr. Pool to construct our new backyard oasis. From our first meeting with Everett to the pool school with Cooper it has been a very good experience. Everett answered all our questions and provided helpful suggestions that led to final pricing for a beautiful pool that stayed within our budget and his involvement didn't stop at the sale. Everett was our primary contact throughout the construction process where their specialized construction crews (not subcontractors) efficiently and professionally built each phase from excavation to the security fence. The only subcontractor employed in the work was electrical and that contractor was as professional as the Mr. Pool crews. The result is beautiful and meets all our expectations. We highly recommend Mr. Pool if you are considering a new pool build.

The communication from the website submission to completion of the pool was fantastic. Cole was great to work with and answered any and all questions. I was very impressed with the process and how each crew methodically completed their workflow. I signed up for the weekly cleaning service. That is one less worry I have. The care they take to make sure the pool is not only clean but also the decking. Five stars for all services.

My in-laws always use Mr. Pool for work on their pool. They can also assess your pool water if you bring them a sample. They give you excellent advice on how to correct any chemical imbalance and sell pool chemicals at an extremely competitive rate.

I had Skipper to do a complete restoration of my pool. First of all, I am very pleased with the results of my pool. His complete staff are professional & respectful. Service after the sale is second to none. I would definitely recommend this company to do your work. I tried to get them to come back to fix the liner and they said they didn't have the man power to come fix it. They had the manpower to get my money but didn't have it to fix what should not have come loose in the first place

I visited Skipper for the first time this summer to price liners and ending up buying from them. The whole experience with the liner install was nothing less than excellent! Service in the store has been superior. I am now servicing my own pool with what I've learned from them in a few short weeks. They have a customer for life.
