There was even a bit of singing while they worked, which made for a surprisingly pleasant and upbeat atmosphere. A huge part of the project's success was thanks to Adam, who coordinated everything. He was incredibly knowledgeable, always available, and never made us feel rushed. Adam patiently explained each step of the process and answered every question thoroughly. He was reliable, extremely friendly, and genuinely cared about our concerns—especially when it came to the extra bracing work.
