I recently discovered some unwanted squatters in the house after returning from a trip. When I googled Pest Control Companies, Prewett Pest Control resulted as one of the top rated ones and I fully understand and agree why. I called them and was scheduled for the next day by Isabella who was so helpful and kind on the phone. The day of my appointment Matthew was the person who came out to take a look. He was great at communicating the time frame. I felt he was very thorough and genuine in our interaction. He was so patient with my 2 and 4 year olds giving him the third degree. He was able to give us a great price and answer my questions. The day of service, Richard was our agent. He was also so patient with my kids and I asking all the questions under the sun. He was extremely thorough in the treatment application and helped me feel so comfortable with what was happening. I would 100% recommend this company if you are looking into Pest control. Everyone I have dealt with has been kind, patient, and knowledgeable and I don't feel like a sales number to them.

I called Prewett Pest Control on a a Friday night due to a termite swarm infesting our property and we were scheduled for that Tuesday for a termite inspection. Matthew was courteous, knowledgeable and brought concerns to the crawl space and attic areas. He also had a colleague with more tenure to take a further look into his concerns. The second opinion was accomplished the next day and the services were completed on Friday. Justin, Weston and Brandon came to the house to replace a vapor barrier under the crawlspace and did it all within a few hours. They were all respectful and went above and beyond to do the job efficiently. The work needed was reasonably priced and I am very pleased. I definitely recommend their services and will use them again in the future!

Richard Davis and his other worker are great. Very knowledgeable, points out concerns, cares about their clients. It is hard to find those qualities and I am blessed to have them service my house. If I could give more stars, I would. Five stars is not enough.
