My air conditioner was not blowing properly and was not cooling properly. I scheduled a service call from Chads. Daniel Kendrick was the service technician who came out the next day. He was extremely knowledgeable and he diagnosed the problems quickly and had the unit running properly in a few hours. It’s running like new again cooling properly and blowing strong. With the extreme heat we have been experiencing lately this was a lifesaver! I would highly recommend Chads for professional service prompt scheduling and better than expected results. I had Dexter. He was very helpful and honest. I had requested to get a technician that can take a look at the attic fans and unfortunately Dexter was not confident in his ability to help in this area. He was honest with me about it which does matter to me! He had great customer service recommended some additional items to buy, when I wasn’t sure about the purchase he quoted the items for me and emailed it to me. He was very professional. I was most appreciative about the fact that he allowed my son to follow him and watch him work on the AC unit. He was extremely kind and these kind of technicians is why I use your company! By questions were not all answered but superb customer service is most important to me.

Our main water line sprung a major leak. AirNow home services came out that day and during a very unexpected and stressful time they understood and made us feel like they truly cared.
