I had Dexter. He was very helpful and honest. I had requested to get a technician that can take a look at the attic fans and unfortunately Dexter was not confident in his ability to help in this area. He was honest with me about it which does matter to me! He had great customer service recommended some additional items to buy, when I wasn’t sure about the purchase he quoted the items for me and emailed it to me. He was very professional. I was most appreciative about the fact that he allowed my son to follow him and watch him work on the AC unit. He was extremely kind and these kind of technicians is why I use your company! By questions were not all answered but superb customer service is most important to me!

Our main water line sprung a major leak. AirNow home services came out that day and during a very unexpected and stressful time they understood and made us feel like they truly cared. They explained all the different payment options and all the options we had for fixing the leak. Stephen was quick friendly and knew what he was talking about and we worked with him throughout the whole process. Everyone we talked to with AirNow home services including David and Travis made us feel good about our decision to use them.

Cody showed up to the appointment on time and performed the necessary annual maintenance on the Generac generator. After the job was complete, he called me and communicated the current condition of the generator, as well as future maintenance needs. He is very knowledgeable about the product and I highly recommend his service.

Technician was very professional. Called ahead of the appointment time to ensure someone was at home and he was ahead of schedule. This company has always been good with communication to the customer and their work is high quality. Very responsive when I have needed help. This was routine service call for my winter check up of the HVAC system. Check up was thorough. This is my go to company for plumbing, heating, AC, and electrical work.

A/C unit quit working late in evening. Called first thing in the morning. I had a technician out to our home in 3hrs. Troubleshooted the problem and repair in 3 hours. United installed our system 4 years ago when built our home in Millbrook. They have always done our maintenance services in a timely and professional manner. Thanks again for what you do!!

The technician called before coming to verify I would be home, he showed up on time and was very professional and polite. I thought he did a great job. Very pleased with work he did. Would recommend them to anyone that needs HVAC work.

I had a young man named Ben come out to my house and service my AC unit for spring startup. He performed the inspection in a very thorough and professional manner. I felt very secure after Ben performed my spring tuneup. He described to me in pictures of of what he diagnosed with my unit. He also gave me some good advice on a modification that I could add to my AC unit for better performance. I would like to thank Clarke Heating and Air for having such an outstanding and knowledgeable employee!

Jason, who was this morning's HVAC person, did a really good job of not only installing what we needed but cleaning everything up around the area. It is a good idea to watch them use their skills and ask questions while they are working on your unit.
