OLD BLUE BBQ REVIEWS

Old Blue BBQ catered our wedding and it was one of the best decisions we made for the whole event. The food was exquisite, the guests loved it, and our catering team did a fantastic job with the setup. Carol, Anna, and the whole Old BBQ team not only catered amazing food for our event, but went above and beyond with helping outline all the logistics and provide decorations. (Old Blue had a supply of wedding decorations and supplies, like tea lights and table card holders, that were included with the catering package.) The team anticipated all of our setup and wedding day needs that even we didn't think of initially. The guests all raved about the food and how awesome the catering staffers were. We fully intend to patronize their takeout service in Alexandria in the future too. Huge thank you to Carol, Anna, and the whole Old Blue BBQ team!!!

We absolutely love working with Old Blue and Kari in Alexandria. We first met this team when our son and his wife hired them for our wedding. We have recently formed a working relationship with Kari and her staff at our event space Hilltop Farm in Centreville. Old Blue is not your traditional run of the mill BBQ place. This catering service is a game changer for anyone who loves BBQ but wants a touch of sophistication. Every attention to detail is met and as a venue owner, we can rest assured that our space is taken care of and our guests don't leave hungry. Highly recommend. Julie and Windows Catering exceeded our expectations! They were easy to work with and offered a wide array of possibilities for décor and food. Windows Catering did not disappoint. The food was delicious and the displays fantastic. I worked with Event Manager Lesslie Laura and I couldn’t have been more impressed. From the beginning she offered insight and direction to maximize our offerings while respecting our budget. She suggested several options that were huge hits. Her professionalism will make me return for our next event.

Highly recommend Bittersweet for any event. Huge selection, excellent customer service, prompt response and the food was amazing! Exceeded our expectations. The delivery and set up was on-time, the delivery person was fast, polite and helpful. He did set up and it looked great. Small event (25) but we could not have been happier!

Bittersweet has become our go-to caterer here at The TownHomes on Capitol Hill! They are always professional, friendly, and punctual. We just had fish and chips for our bingo night, and it was delicious! The directions for reheating made things a breeze. We will continue to use Bittersweet for all our catering needs!

Everything was wonderful. For my 65th, BC served Salmon and Chicken Piccata, a wonderful salad, mushroom pinwheels and salmon mouse tarts. Delicious! Thank you Bittersweet for being a special part of the day.
