We had the pleasure of using Broward Catering as our food vendor for our May wedding last year at Crystal Ballroom on Lake Melva. Elvis was super cool and accommodating. We got to experience his own wedding venue for the day of the tasting and quite frankly I regret not being able to book my wedding there initially but we had booked our venue way before he even had it open. Needless to say we chose a lemon piccata and sweet chili glazed salmon as our entree paired with garlic mash and vegetable medley. Everyone was satisfied and we also used his services for our walk around apps for cocktail hour. My guests til this day talk about the meatballs. Although communication wasn’t there always due to his high demand, he was the least stressful part of my wedding planning and in the end myself, my husband and the entire wedding was truly enjoying the food! And we had so much of it too! The quality was there! Thank you so much!

We recently had my sister’s sweet 16 and decided to use them to cater our food. Initially, we went to a food tasting and tried the different cuisines they offered and it was amazing. It was so hard to decide if we wanted Haitian, Jamaican, or Latin food because it was all great. We went with Haitian and Jamaican! The salmon, rice and macaroni was so amazing my family and friends kept calling after the party to find out how they can get more. This was hands down the best choice for us. 10/10 recommend.

I just had my wedding there in December & it was perfect!! From start to finish Elvis & Suzana were so helpful & understanding. They made sure our day was perfect & the best part was the food. My goodness the food was soooooo good everyone is still talking about it until this day. Everything was cooked to perfection. I would recommend this venue to everyone.

We hosted three consecutive dinners for 18–24 people, and everyone raved about the food! Michael was incredibly helpful over the phone—offering spot-on recommendations and going above and beyond with his service and communication. He truly exceeded our expectations. David delivered our meals each day, arriving early and handling setup with care and professionalism. Everything was smooth and stress-free. The food was fantastic, with the fajitas, chicken marsala, and Greek meals emerging as clear staff favorites. I can’t say enough good things about this team—we’ll absolutely be using them again!

Fantastic experience with Douglas K catering. We planned a small wedding celebration (25 guests) with less than a week's notice. Despite the last-minute order - the food was on time and DELICIOUS and, more importantly, the team members (both the delivery/set up person and the server) were totally professional, easy to deal with, and Joe, the bartender was FANTASTIC – like one of the family -- so nice, and went along effortlessly with all the last-minute twists and turns, and was truly part of the fun. Price was very reasonable too! Can't recommend highly enough.
