We had an amazing experience with Alexander Event catering and rentals (e.g., chairs, tables, linens) for our wedding. We worked with Valentina who made the whole process as easy as possible and had worked with all our other vendors for years. She was really responsive to any questions we had leading up to the day via text or email. The day of the wedding went perfectly and the food was delicious. We did a dual entree, at Valentina's suggestion, of fish and short rib that we received lots of compliments on. She was also really accommodating for a couple guests who had dietary restrictions. Specifically, we had two kosher guests who were not only happy to get kosher meals but they also said the kosher caterer was popular for their quality meals. Alexander Event Catering and rentals helped make our wedding day a success. We highly recommend them and are especially grateful to Valentina for all her care.

The absolute best catering in South Florida. I booked them for my wedding in May and my guest said it was the best service, food, atmosphere they ever had at a wedding. We had Alexander Catering provide lunch service for one of our events in Miami. Their entire team is very enthusiastic and professional. The food was amazing (all of our guests loved it). P.S. The team is very accommodating to custom requests as well, they'll go out of their way to make the event a success for you.

We had the pleasure of using Broward Catering as our food vendor for our May wedding last year at Crystal Ballroom on Lake Melva. Elvis was super cool and accommodating. We got to experience his own wedding venue for the day of the tasting and quite frankly I regret not being able to book my wedding there initially but we had booked our venue way before he even had it open. Needless to say we chose a lemon piccata and sweet chili glazed salmon as our entree paired with garlic mash and vegetable medley. Everyone was satisfied and we also used his services for our walk around apps for cocktail hour. My guests til this day talk about the meatballs. Although communication wasn’t there always due to his high demand, he was the least stressful part of my wedding planning and in the end myself, my husband and the entire wedding was truly enjoying the food! And we had so much of it too! The quality was there! Thank you so much.

We recently had my sister’s sweet 16 and decided to use them to cater our food. Initially, we went to a food tasting and tried the different cuisines they offered and it was amazing. It was so hard to decide if we wanted Haitian, Jamaican, or Latin food because it was all great. We went with Haitian and Jamaican! The salmon, rice and macaroni was so amazing my family and friends kept calling after the party to find out how they can get more. This was hands down the best choice for us. 10/10 recommend.

I just had my wedding there in December & it was perfect!! From start to finish Elvis & Suzana were so helpful & understanding. They made sure our day was perfect & the best part was the food. My goodness the food was soooooo good everyone is still talking about it until this day. Everything was cooked to perfection. I would recommend this venue to everyone.
