They are delicious, with larger rolls than most other places at fair prices. They have all kinds of sushi and all delicious. "S3 (Sun Surf Sand) provides a locally sourced New American and coastal cuisine, along with Japanese, sushi, and drinks. The upscale yet laid-back setting offers indoor/outdoor seating with stunning views of the Atlantic. Small plate appetizers and reduced-priced drinks are offered at that time. They also provide gluten-free options in dishes with the chef's approval. They can easily accommodate up to 15 people for a party in their restaurant. The sushi bar operates seven days a week for lunch, dinner, and Sunday brunch. The restaurant accepts credit cards and also has a full bar facility with a television. They offer happy hour food, feature a cozy fireplace, and serve exceptional cocktails.

2026 Update: S3 (Sun Surf Sand) has a Private Dining Room capacity of 50 seated guests and a full venue buyout to accommodate 300 guests."

SUSHI ROCK LAS OLAS REVIEWS

First of all the service here is so warm and welcoming which instantly put me in a good mood. The sushi was incredible fresh, flavorful and filling. The fried gyoza were amazing if you only had them steamed you will love the fried even more. Honestly such a great hidden gem would recommend all to go for a nice sushi date or solo.

Best sushi in Florida. They actually have REAL wasabi if you ask for it. They charge for it of course but it is night and day compared to the standard paste wasabi. All rolls are excellent, one of my favorites is the Wallflower. Music is great too, and owner, chefs and servers very friendly.

The best!! Their signature rolls are amazing. The wallflowers is my favorite. All of the appetizers are good. The service is good. Love this place.

My boyfriend and I had an amazing time here last night. The vibes in that place are immaculate. The music was super chill, the service was amazing, and the food was absolutely delicious. They bring everything quick and we just couldn’t stop talking about how good of an experience we had! Just moving to the area, we definitely found our new sushi spot. 10/10.

Really good sushi. Fish was very fresh. We really enjoyed our time. Chefs were very nice and attentive. Paul was our server and he was very nice as well. If you don’t believe me, photos speak for themselves! Thank you Sushi song! We’ll be back.

The most amazing food experience, fresh ingridients imported from Japan, the team offered us the best combination. Thank you guys.

My family and I have recently visited S3 in Fort Lauderdale and let me tell you, the place is amazing! From the food, to the service, to the beautiful view of the ocean, it is a five star experience. Special thank you to their sushi chef who makes the most amazing nigiri I have ever had (the fish was so scrumptious that I had to come back the next day and have some more AND took an order to go … yes, it was that good!). Lastly, Franko was absolutely amazing and did a fantastic job to make sure our time at the restaurant met every expectation.

What a fabulous experience! Our server, Terry made the night special! We were celebrating our anniversary and a memory made for life! The food was exquisite from the presentation to the very last bite. Thank you for everything.

My family and I had a wonderful experience at S3. We enjoyed their happy hour drinks and food. The staff was super nice and attentive. Big thanks to Lexi, Jackie, Walter and Joanna. They were all so professional and friendly.
