Whether a person needs breakfast for 10–15 guests or lunch for 300–3000 employees, the company has the equipment, staff, and experience to manage it successfully. Fat Freddys Catering is led by Eric Renstrom, who owns the company and manages its operations. Carson Renstrom is responsible for food-related work and marketing. Gile Haskins leads the culinary or cooking department. The caterers offer a variety of food options that include comfort classics alongside upscale stations. After serving tens of thousands of guests, they have maintained a stellar reputation across trusted platforms. Fat Freddy's Catering operated out of a small office suite that they converted into a commercial kitchen. They expanded and built a 6,000 square foot custom kitchen designed just for off-premise catering. They offer free estimates. Take-out and delivery options are also available."
