Chef Vincent has been combining his expertise in classic French cooking with Southwestern ingredients for over 40 years. He became the first chef to receive a Citation of Excellence from the International Food & Wine Society. From lobster chimes and duck tamales to a rack of lamb with pepper jelly, Chef Vincent's French/Southwestern signature is evident in all his dishes. The restaurant provides fresh, exotic flowers, specialty rentals, themed decorations, and valet service. Vincent on Camelback was placed 24th on the World’s Top 50 Restaurants list by British-based Restaurant Magazine in 2003. They have organized hundreds of events, ranging from intimate gatherings with five guests to large events with over 1,000 people. Vincent on Camelback can host private groups and gatherings of up to 100 people in one of their private dining rooms.
