Luis is incredibly knowledgeable. He was able to fix my phone temporarily until the part came in. Didn't ask for money, didn't ask for a tip. Just helped out. When I tried to tip, he refused. He just was genuinely intrigued by my phone not working. He fixed it and ordered the part for me. I couldn't reccomend Luis enough.

This store has really taken care of me. They always go above and beyond for services and throughly exam all possible issues and explain it well to the customer so no misunderstandings are had. John was favorite employee. He has extensive knowledge within all technology aspects and is all around a good employee.

Needed to get a screen replaced asap so I texted the number on their website. They gave me a quote and helped me overnight the part my phone needed. I walked in the next day and they had it replaced in 30 minutes. Very much appreciated, thanks.
