OMG! I’m so happy with the pool remodel and the Great Customer Service!!! Gary and Michelle were awesome to deal with! The communication was so good. They say they are going to be there at a specific time and they are there on time! Gary even was working on our pool on a Saturday! BEST decision I made going with Shasta pools!!!.

I would highly recommend using Shasta pools for your pool remodel, they are very professional, and everyone involved did their job perfectly. Gary Vasko ,Nina Nason , and Scott Johnson were top notch as far as customer service goes. Would use them again in a heartbeat. Highly recommend.

Shasta recently completed my pool resurface. The work was completed within a month and all that came here were knowledgeable and very professional. They were a pleasure to work with. Todd, the supervisor in charge, checked the progress along the way and kept the project on track.

I have had Quality Pool Service for a couple of years now. I would recommend them. Most important to me is when things don’t go to plan or I have an issue that isn’t part of normal schedule they are extremely attentive and on top of it. They have a good ethic of taking care of the customer no matter what and doing it very quickly. Companies can give great service but when something unexpected happens how efficiently can they take care of it? This company is very good at giving a great customer experience.

Quality Pools has been performing weekly service and regular maintenance on numerous pools in communities I manage. They are always quick to respond to questions and service calls!.

Amazing customer service. Techs always show up on the same day each week around the same time. My pool is always swim ready and properly functioning. Thank you Quality Pools!.

I could not be happier with our service. The owner came out initially to access what needed to be done and let us know what was necessary and what was optional. We had a very old unit from 1996. After the decision was made of what to repair, we scheduled for a tech to come out. Amazing quality of work, which is hard to come by these days. I will absolutely use Octopus again whenever we need any repairs or maintenance on our pool equipment. They had no problem answering any questions we had and had excellent follow up service. Extremely satisfied.

Dustin has serviced and repaired our pool over the past 5 or 6 years. He is very patient and kind and once worked for hours trying to vacuum toy rockets out that got lodged in our cleaning system. Our pool looks great and he is a good communicator on text, cell or by email. Very convenient and professional. Thanks Dustin!

Superb customer service and professional installation. Our pool heater gave out days before a family gathering. Dustin responded quickly with a replacement unit, and Steve had it plumbed and connected in a few hours. Happy family!.
