This storage unit facility is much larger than it appears. The staff is very helpful and knowledgeable and if they do not know, they are not afraid to let you know that they are going to verify for you. Personally that is something I very much appreciate rather than being told what that person thinks you would want to hear. Which might be the correct answer or perhaps it's not. I really appreciate and respect Warner for going above and beyond not one time but twice now he has stepped up and helped me in what would have been a far more costly mistake which was entirely my fault. He had also helped me choose a new larger unit which was of couse located in one of the furthest rows from the office, walking the entire way with me showing me all of the available units in the new size i wanted. I went back and forth tryjng to decide between 2 of the units. It was a toss up and i said i would take the last unit shown to me. Only to change my mind after the first small load was moved to the new unit. So I went back upto the office passing Warner on his way to show another unit. But he told me Jamie would be able to update the system with the unit I changed my mind on. Jamie had me in and out before I even knew what happened. I can not say enough things about the staff at this location.

Needed a storage space quickly and was able to find exactly what I needed at Devon. The units are clean and well maintained. Colt had excellent customer service skills. He explained in detail the contract, took me to see the unit and went over the ground rules thoroughly. He also kindly recommended a local moving company which I appreciated as I am on a tight schedule to move. Am very pleased to have found a well managed storage company.

I use this storage facility for my boy's stuff during the summer when he is home from college. I don't live in AZ but dealing with Colt at Devon Storage over the phone was a positive and easy experience. He explained everything and sent me the documents to sign digitally.
