3 Best Computer Repair in Mesa, AZ

Were super helpful and understanding regarding my (dead) HP laptop. Gave honest advice over the phone and held their word when I came in. They also disposed of 3 of my previous laptops I had purchased over the years and didn't know what to do with(also super dead). Gave me a 6 mo warranty on a new (refurbished) Dell; made sure I was happy with my device(s), helped my son with his first computer, added a mouse and surge protector and walked us through how to use the laptop before we left. ***Super responsive & was understanding regarding my rambunctious kids. The hardest thing was finding it, at first. *** It's located BEHIND the urgent care office on val vista / baseline. I don't trust many people, and this guy really took care of us. It was a pretty great experience. + I rarely give 5's but there was no pressure to give a specific score, like some businesses do. I feel confident that other people are in good hands with this company.

I am a "customer for life" wouldn't go anywhere else given the level of service I received from Mike in the last 24 hours. Called in the morning explaining that my computer was not booting up, and I was getting the blue screen of death with an error code indicating a dead harddrive. Mike was able to rebuild my computer, updated the operating system to Windows 11, installed a new superior harddrive, and saved all of my data!!!! After a quick tutorial on how to efficiently use the new operating system I was back in business and forever grateful.
