Fantastic experience overall! They were referred to me by my GC who handled the remodel of our new home. I'm big on preventative maintenance - also, need some remotes re-programmed for the driveway gate. Travis was the tech, and he did an awesome, efficient job. Got the remotes re-programmed, performed a preventative maintenance on the gate mechanism, then stuck around and checked out the garage doors and did a preventative maintenance on those, too. Offered a couple of suggestions on what should be done on the primary garage door to make it last longer and work more efficiently. The communication and scheduling was top notch. Our installer was great! He tackled our old door, replacing it by himself and installed a new opener in just about four hours. He went over absolutely everything with my husband and I and we were completely satisfied with his work! A great experience!
