I want to say thank you to semper fi for the work that they did. They were awesome suck quick friendly service. We got our quote quick pricing was unbelievable the were quick the next day they where at my house installing the new unit. The tech’s that installed the unit what great guys professional informative such hard workers I really appreciate how hard they worked they definitely need recognition and a raise if you ask me thank you so much to Blake T, and Shane F. Your professionalism and hard work was truly appreciated by my family and myself thank you semper fi. You have my business.

The Semper Fi Team did a terrific job of designing and installing a new HVAC System for our home, all in a single day! Despite significant space challenges, they installed new air handlers and heat pumps of the proper capacity, the result being vastly improved circulation, heating and cooling and much quieter operation. Thomas, Ernest, Joey, Carlos and Michael were professional and cordial in all instances. Well trained, respectful and easy to work with, they represented their company well. Thank you very much for a job well done! See photos of the before, during and after.

Although I was shocked by the news my 9 year old unit (put in by a different company) needed replaced, I was pleased with the way Semper Fi's technician explained my options and was very understanding and informative. I was also happy that they were able to get me scheduled for the new A/C for the next day as we were experiencing high 90 degree temperatures still. The technicians came right on time the next morning and were friendly and efficient. We were back up and running with cold A/C in a few hours.

Sure Temp was the original company that put in my AC two years ago. AZ Dukes of Air bought them out, but honored the warranty from my install. My two year old AC compressor went out. I reached out to SureTemp, but was rerouted to AZ Duke of Air. AZ Duke sent out Andre to assess the problem. He was awesome. He kept us informed and took great care to get the install done. There was wait time as the part needed to be ordered, but once the part arrived the service was very good. It’s awesome rolling into summer knowing the AC will be working and keeping us cool.

5 Star experience all around. Jeremy Wallace took customer service to the next level. He took the time to explain the problem and more importantly provide options for the solution. My AC is back up and running and my tenant is happy. Highly recommend this very professional company. From the first call to book the appointment to the service call, great communication. I wish I could remember the name of the nice lady who booked the appointment so I could mention her too. Highly recommend.

Dustin did a great job repairing our ac unit. He was thorough in his diagnosis and patient in explaining what was wrong with the unit. Dukes was also quick in providing the required parts. I will use them again when needed.

They spent time making sure everything was working before coming to let me know about the issue. Truly appreciate how respectful and professional each of the employees I've had contact with at John's are.

We have had our HVAC system replaced twice in 36 years by John's Refrigeration and have been extremely satisfied with the service and continuing maintenance we get from John's. Highly recommend them.
