Today was a quite the day until I got help from Tanner. Tanner was the most helpful person in any industry I have ever met. He looked at me when I spoke. He was understanding and very wise. I had been struggling with my phone for days and he personally took the time to educate me on my phone and why things happened. He showed me the repair step by step which was super duper cool. I will be returning each and every time I need help with my devices. Hopefully he sees this review because I want to say THANKYOU again Tanner.
Came in this morning and worked with Tanner. My phone screen suddenly stopped working. Tanner was able to walk me through my options and help me get this issue corrected. In and out within 20 minutes with a fixed phone. I will be coming back for all my phone issues moving forward.
First time here. Tanner was superb. Friendly and knowledgeable. I thought I needed parts. Just a good cleaning. He treated me well. I will comeback and recommend others.
