Relax pools replaced my pool liner this year and it looks incredible! The installation crew was knowledgeable and friendly. Andrew, the owner, was easy to work with and fair in his pricing. Ashley, in their retail store, is very experienced and always helpful with any pool related questions. I would certainly recommend them!.

Relax Pools are very professional and experienced. They stand behind their work and the owner is not happy unless you the customer is happy. I had an issue and he personally called me and took care of it. Their service team that comes out to the pool are very good. I would recommend them.

Owner Andrew sold us with his unique ideas, Mika and Team installed it to perfection. Great company and people. Highly recommend!.

Top-notch customer service! This is such a great company - incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. I recently purchased my home, which came with an older spa system. The service department went above and beyond to help me determine the parts I needed, source them, and even guide me through the repair process as I was tackling the work myself. Allison was phenomenal in the store, helping me navigate what products to use and when, both for daily maintenance and long-term care of the spa. Cannot recommend them more!.

I get my pool water tested and buy chemicals from Classic Pool & Spa. Their staff is amazing and go out of their way to help. I highly recommend everyone make them your go to pool company!!.

We use classic pool for all of our services and equipment. They have great communication skills and always on top of it! We have had a great experience going with this company.

There are not words to describe how impressed I am with this business. I run a swim school and we have had several issues with our pool this fall. I called so many companies to come out to fix it, and none recognized the urgency of our requests except Platinum Pools. Every time we had something that needed fixed immediately, Platinum Pools was able to get us same-day service and once something was fixed by them, we did not see a problem with that part of the pool again. Their techs also were so helpful in giving tips to maintain the health of our filtration system and the pool. Every single tech we've worked with has provided amazing customer service. We are SO thankful to Platinum Pools and would gladly recommend it to anyone working with a pool!.

The main reason why I am writing this review is because of their front desk person. I asked her a ton of questions and took up a bunch of her time, and she was very nice and very knowledgeable. I would recommend this company to anyone.
