Kyle came and did a thorough inspection to find the cause of my chimney leaks. He explained in detail what was causing the leaks. I received my estimate the next day and received a phone call to go over the estimate to see if I had any questions or concerns. Kyle did a very nice job and provided before and after pictures. I would recommend them for any chimney repairs.

We were very happy with the service. Outstanding service by Lam and Randy. Would not hesitate to call again or recommend service to others.

We moved into a new home and wanted to get the wood burning fireplace checked out. We asked FB for recommendations and received a few for The Chimney Doctor. We called and were able to get in quickly. When Brandon arrived he was very friendly and professional. He explained everything he did and also gave us great advice on how to use the fireplace properly and the best way to start a fire. We were also glad to hear they are family owned and local, we try to support those types of businesses as often as we can.

Thaddeus swept our fireplace yesterday, and I was very impressed with his work. I would recommend him to anyone! I especially appreciated him patiently explaining fireplace construction and issues for repair. He was very thorough and even cleaned everything so that it shines.

Thaddeus was amazing yesterday at explaining what was going on with our fireplace. He showed us the camera pictures live , talked to my husband and I both about what was going on and cleaned up so it was better than when he arrived. So knowledgeable. Highly recommend.

Awesome experience. Thaddeus showed up right at the scheduled time, went straight to work and was ready to answer any questions I had and then some. Mans cleaned my 40yr old fireplace so well that the thing looks brand new. Showed me how to turn on the gas to use the igniter, found the chimney key that's been lost since we got the house, and didn't make a spec of mess on the new floor in front of the fireplace. He even scrubbed the glass covering until it was spotless! Highly recommend.

Excellent Experience! Brian arrived a little early and took the time to explain the process and discuss an accurate price up front. He was knowledgeable and efficient, done with my sweep in less than an hour. He was also very clean and there was no sign of him or the work he completed once he was finished. This is the second time I’ve used Alpine Chimney Sweep and it wont be the last!!

Can’t recommend these folks enough. I was moving from my house and one of the items on the inspection list for the new buyers was an inspection of the chimney to ensure it was operating safely. One of the companies that came out knowing it was a pending sale overcharged citing some work that did not need to be done and overcharged for the work that did need to be done throwing a huge wrench in the sale of my home. The owner of Alpine Chimney, Janie Rickford, Came in to inspect the chimney and put in a bid that was about 35% less than the other company River city chimney. It really saved the sale of my house. She could’ve charged just a little bit less than the other people but she was honest and does business the right way.

Alpine did a great job on my chimney. I have a very steep roof and needed a squirrel cage. They came out right away and got the job done. Their work and customer service was excellent! I would highly recommend. them.
