GETZSCHMAN HEATING REVIEWS

Our A/C stopped cooling last night, so I called our regular company and they said it would be noon -5pm the next day. That didn't work for us. I did some searching and called Getzschman. Within an hour a service man called. He had one call before us and told us he could be here at 10:30pm. We were so grateful. Josh came out did the work efficiently, competently, and fast. He even complimented our carpet-like grass. He explained everything perfectly! Thank you so much for helping us! Josh was amazing! Thank you Getzschman for taking care of us.

I needed urgent help with one of our properties, and the dispatch team responded immediately—finding assistance in under an hour. Andrew arrived promptly, quickly diagnosed the HVAC issue, and had it resolved within the hour. He was professional, courteous, and even provided helpful maintenance tips. Alex Martinez was super professional, clear in his explanations, and did not only efficient but superlative work. He made me feel confident in his diagnosis and repair of our electrical problems. All resolved in short time. He even checked to make sure my own DIY electrical work was good. Thank you so much, Alex.

Good people that are good at their jobs. They guided us financially without trying to fish money out of us and we're able to install everything (full ac and heating system) within a week. Burton is now my go to company and I recommend it to my family and friends that are in the area. They also have very good warranties included on their service and products. The people they sent out seemed proud of their company.

So far so good! John was wonderful! I miscommunicated with him and he was so gracious and flexible. The work was fast and professional. Pictures of all the work done with readings sent to email.
