KEN'S PC REPAIR LLC REVIEWS

Ken had my 'broken-beyond-repair' laptop for under 24 hours, and when I got it back, it was like new! He immediately diagnosed the problem, had the knowledge and resources to fix it, and did so at a fair and very reasonable price. Not only that-- his customer service was amazing! Not once did I feel as though he was talking over my head; he spoke in terms I could clearly understand, and was kind and efficient in doing so. I'd recommend his services to anybody needing help with their computer or gaming console.

Ken fought like hell to help me. He didn’t give up when things got tough, and that’s rare to find these days. The customer service was honestly fantastic — no BS, no getting left in the dark. Communication was second to none. I always knew what was going on without having to keep bugging him. You can tell he actually cares about fixing things the right way. Easily 5 stars. Wouldn’t even think about going anywhere else.

Okay, so I was in desperate need of a computer and was able to land a solid laptop choice that unknowingly at the time was the owner who had been helping me that day. He had been SO informative about his product, his business, in addition to keeping a caring aspect of the sale he was providing for a customer. Special Touch Computers truly does have a Special Touch with Computers. The owner was able to walk me step by step along the way, explaining software, and what being the best version as well as what it'd be used best for, for what I'd be doing on it! THANK YOU SPECIAL TOUCH!!!!!!! 20/20 RECOMMENDED.

Special Touch Computers replaced a hard drive and essentially cleaned up the system on my old laptop, which drastically increased the operating speed. They were careful in preserving my files and were able to do the work and have my laptop available the day after I dropped it off. Very professional and yet personal group to work with. This was the first time I have had anyone work on a computer for me. For any such future needs, I definitely will be going back to Special Touch Computers.

Special Touch Computers did excellent work on my crashed PC last week. They picked up my PC from my home and diagnosed the issue within a couple of hours. They notified me immediately of the issue along with the cost of the repair. All their employees that I dealt with were extremely nice, knowledgeable and took the time to explain everything to me. Heartland Computer has been my "go to" for computer related issues for several years. They listen to you to determine problems as well as what info on your hard drive are critical to you to save. I do a lot of photo and document work, and they have saved all my critical data at a very cost effective and reasonable price. Rog is super, and Jayna is so customer service oriented she is easy to work with. I was able to test-drive my upgraded CPU at the shop and Jayna did a remote to make small adjustments once home. You will be satisfied and happy with their work!

Excellent experience with Heartland Computer. They gave me a very fair price for a repair estimate on my damaged laptop, which they counted towards data transfer when we judged the repair to be less cost-effective than a new purchase. Great communication, excellent online portal, I couldn't be more pleased. Definitely recommend.

I had called for a specific item all around town, and they are the only store where they knew exactly what I was talking about and had it on hand.
