Home Standards Inspection Services were quick to schedule our home inspection and offered superb communication. Paul was very thoughtful, thorough, detail oriented, and very helpful throughout the entire process. The price was competitive, affordable, and fair. As first-time home buyers, Paul helped to make the process smooth with minimal stress. Paul also took the time to go over the entire report with us and our realtor answering all of our questions and offering suggestions. I would definitely recommend this company especially Paul.

Tim was amazing! He was very thorough and professional throughout the whole process. As we are first time homeowners you can imagine how overwhelming this part of the process can be, but with his help and explanation he made it less stressful and got us excited about some home projects. Andy Smith was great! I was very impressed with his review and assessment. He was considerate and respectful, as well as very responsive. I had the inspection (photos, notes) in just a few hours of concluding the inspection (same day). Thank you for your attentiveness, professionalism and helping this part of purchasing a home be a good experience.

Our home inspection was very detailed and thorough. My family appreciated that the inspector checked every single thing and gave recommendations for fixes! Highly suggest NPI and Justin Gomes. We were efficiently and properly explained to everything regarding the inspection report and all questions were answered perfectly!

The inspection was incredibly thorough, and identified several items that needed correction. I was impressed with their knowledge of building code, and being able to identify the little things (like a cut-out INSIDE a cabinet that was less than ideal), as well as big picture items (like the AC unit being too close to the furnace output). It was so nice to have this completed so that the items could be addressed prior to moving in. Would definitely recommend them to anyone looking to purchase a home!
