Home Standards Inspection Services were quick to schedule our home inspection and offered superb communication. Paul was very thoughtful, thorough, detail oriented, and very helpful throughout the entire process. The price was competitive, affordable, and fair. As first-time home buyers, Paul helped to make the process smooth with minimal stress. Paul also took the time to go over the entire report with us and our realtor answering all of our questions and offering suggestions. I would definitely recommend this company especially Paul.

Tim was amazing! He was very thorough and professional throughout the whole process. The inspection was incredibly thorough, and identified several items that needed correction. I was impressed with their knowledge of building code, and being able to identify the little things (like a cut-out INSIDE a cabinet that was less than ideal), as well as big picture items (like the AC unit being too close to the furnace output). It was so nice to have this completed so that the items could be addressed prior to moving in. Would definitely recommend them to anyone looking to purchase a home!
