Absolutely wonderful customer service. Eddie was knowledgeable and was able to explain what was wrong with my tablet. He also did a wonderful job cleaning my device. Plus, the turnaround time was exceptionally quick. We definitely return.

They fixed my screen within 2 hours. It was a good thing the tech asked me to try to log in before I left. Turned out that the face camera had been disconnected (or not reconnected). In 15 minutes, they had it fixed, and I was out the door.
