I have been using Mr. Smokestack for several years, and the team always does a phenomenal job. Joab is wonderful - He always ensures everything is thoroughly inspected and explains all results at the end of the visit. I highly recommend their services - They are the best in the business.

Communication was great from my initial call to make my appt, to Joab calling to let me know he was on his way, then explaining everything he would do once he arrived, giving me an overview before leaving, and then sending a final report with pictures. He left the area around my fireplace spotless! I am thrilled with the customer service and highly recommend Mr. Smokestack to anyone needing service. They are clearly a favorite so you may need to wait a few weeks for an appointment, but it's worth it.

Tyler and a another technician came to fix my logs. They would not light when the switch was turned on. They showed me how to reset the switch that trips when the tank runs out of gas. They put down clothes to protect my floors and then they remove the logs and vacuumed out the fireplace and all around the fireplace. They cleaned all the logs and vacuumed them off and replaced them. They also cleaned the glass before replacing it. When they finished with the fireplace and had put the glass and screen back on they checked to make sure there was no carbon moxide coming from the fireplace. When they finished they vacuumed and cleaned up. I was very satisfied with their work and they were very friendly and polite.

John is on time, very knowledgeable, friendly and leaves your place and space clean. In reading some of these reviews it's mentioned that he talks alot...that's called personality. He is the only vendor that I trust to service my fireplace, and I enjoy his conversation.

John Budd has cleaned our chimney now for almost 20 years. He is courteous, dependable and very knowledgeable. I hired him after a previous company, while using a large chimney brush, disconnected the inner metal lining of the flue! We have used his service to also clean the chimney at my father's house. HIghly recommend.

John Budd’s Chimney Service is very good. John has cleaned our chimney several times in the past and I was please to see he still does the cleaning himself. He is punctual, knowledgable and courteous. Just getting to look at all the cool stuff he uses to clean chimneys is worth a walk out to his truck. We will definitely use him again in a couple of years. He cleans our dryer vent too.
