Original Triad Door did an amazing job for our family. Our garage door was fine and without warning just crumbled up in the middle as it was coming down. Without hitting anything. I called Original Triad Door first (due to great reviews) . Justin came out same day and concluded what I had already expected. By 8am the next morning, he was back with a new door and motor. Very prompt and professional inside and out. Inside staff was amazing to work with as well. We couldn’t be happier with cost, quality work and professionalism.

Dylan did a fantastic job on my garage door. He was professional, knowledgeable, thorough and detailed in his work. He took his time to ensure that nothing was overlooked and every task was performed with skill and precision. My garage door now works like new and is very quiet. If I need any future work on my door, I will definitely call The Original Triad Door Co.

This has been an awesome experience! We are absolutely in love with our new garage door. It completely changed how our house looks. Kevin and Scott were awesome and quick and very helpful with explaining how things work. Working with Clint to select a garage door was also a great experience. All around 10 out of 10 would recommend.

The technician did a great job replacing the glass in one of the windows in our garage door which had just been repaired. The company called me to let me know the tech was on his way and when he arrived, he told me what he was going to do, and showed me the work after he was done. Very good work, thank you.

Had a really great experience with very prompt and professional service at every step, from the first phone call to scheduling (same day and next day appointments were offered!) to the technician who came out to our home! He was very knowledgeable, practical, answered many questions and gave good advice, and they have everything you could need on the truck! He installed a new door opener in about 90 minutes, explained the bells and whistles and the programming too. Really excellent service, highly recommend the team at ODC Greensboro.
