Yes absolutely! From the moment two years ago when we met with Heather for planning - North Elm Street - Greensboro, N. C. to Beth for final preparations - North Elm Street - Greensboro, N. C. it went flawlessly. They both are such caring individuals that provide attention to detail in a fashion that stands out and was truly appreciated by our family! The manager at this location Mike Geary - North Elm Street - Greensboro, N. C. made sure that everything was handled in an exceptional, professional and timely manner. Last but not least there is one last person that we want to give a huge amount of thanks and gratitude too and that is DALE OSBORNE with Hanes Lineberry! He was the first person that we called when our loved one passed away and he went above and beyond his duties for our family as he did when we had a loved one pass away September 2024. HE IS EXCEPTIONAL!! Again - thank you to ALL that navigated us thru this difficult time.

Everything was great. But I would recommend the caterer to label the pesto sauce. My daughter thought it was ranch and she is allergic to pine nuts, so she had a allergic reaction but we were able to contain it before it got too bad. Other than that everything was great. Also I really appreciate Gina reprinting the obituary's due to an error on my behalf. Very thankful for her making that change.

Wow! This funeral home has their act together. They remained professional the entire time and organized. Our family had no complaints. Every time we met you were punctual and on time. When you picked up my father at the AuthoraCare in Burlington you had on business attire. Even your funeral home had a pleasant smell and was clean with a nice sitting area for the family.
