Our decision to go with 5 Star Roofing has turned out to be one of the wisest decisions we have made. When Gabe came to advise us of our needs and choices, we felt confident from the start that we could fully trust this company. He made himself available to answer any questions before getting started. Randy brought impressive order to the project, bringing all the necessary details together. Jack, the on site, project manager was 5 star himself! Our project was highly involved and he managed it flawlessly and stress free for us. He was there from start to finish to see that the job was done to perfection. We absolutely feel that it was. The work crew is also to be commended. They were on time, respectful, and diligent. Thanks to Pablo for a great job repairing and replacing the gutters. We love the finished product.

We needed a new roof and contacted 5 Star Roofing. Our experience with them was Awesome. Christopher came out and inspected our roof and gave us a very fair price. Randy, the project manager, was so nice and easy to work with. He called me earlier in the week and wanted to start the roof a day earlier because of the forecast at the end of the week. That was such a good call because they were done and gone before the first drops of rain started. Jack, the site supervisor, was amazing he made sure everything was done right. He told me before they started that our roof would be done right and that they take no shortcuts. Our home was built in 1922 and had 1x4 boards instead of plywood on the roof. Only plywood was on the newer addition. Jack made sure every cracked, broken, or rotten board was replaced. I usually don't write reviews, but 5 Star Roofing was amazing. My wife and I are so pleased with how our home looks now.

Always professional. Justin inspected our roof for damage that we thought we had. Just a Joy to work with on or project we had one area that had damage very pleased with the process and the fact that they did not try to sell us on replacing the whole roof. He was able to match the shingles with no problem and the work was finished within a 7 hour timeframe.After a recent storm, we had about 20 roofing companies come by and try to tell us we had roof damage, but we knew we were only gonna call 5 Star because we trusted them and the professionalism that Justin and the project Supervisor & the installers had with our project was excellent. Because we had experience with them before we loved the way they conduct Business.

There was three reasons we rated Baker Roofing 5 stars; First- The sales rep Joe Claffee and the job foreman Dalton Keezer worked well together to resolve our issue of replacing our roof and gutter guards without replacing our gutters, and did an excellent job of explaining the total process. Plus Dalton was on site all day and Joe came by to check on things. Second- How well Dalton and the roofing team they use worked together. The job was completed in one day and they cleaned up so well there was no evidence of what had happened that day. Third - Dalton and his supervisor Chris returned the next day for a follow up inspection making sure all was completed to their satisfaction.

Baker Roofing came highly recommended and excelled through all stages of our re-roof and gutter replacement after a hail storm. Joe met us at our home and helped us explore our options. He worked with our insurance company to negotiate fine details that would have otherwise been missed. Chris and Tom oversaw the re-roofing job ensuring that we were satisfied, and even came back for an additional cosmetic repair that we decided on after completion.
