Great service, came out, identified the problem, and went through options with me. Thank you Was my original, after I actually went through to look at the problem. It seems as though the guy knew my capacitor was bad and not my fan motor. However, never once mentioned anything about the capacitor, so I went and changed it myself. Everything working fine now.

We just got our maintenance inspection done, and we also had a repair done about 6 months ago by Eames, and both of the service techicians were wonderful. They were on time, very knowledgeable, extremely polite and friendly, and they took their time to do a VERY thorough job! We were given some information regarding our system that no one else told us, and this information will help our system avoid strain and stress, saving us a lot of money in the future.

Austen was very kind and thorough, he did a great job and communicated well!

This was my 3rd time dealing with The Plumbing & Air Service Co. and in each instance they have been thorough, communicative, and easy to work with. They installed a new HVAC system in my house quickly and gave me lots of options concerning the systems available, payment, and scheduling. My house is older - which presents problems when doing upgrades like this - and these guys really went above and beyond to make sure they took care of everything. I don't just mean that they did their job without complaining about it, I mean they did things they easily could have told me I needed to take care of and pay for myself. Will be using them in the future, and recommending them as well!

Perrin was very thorough with his work on my HVAC system and kept me up to date on everything he did and explained what he was going to do. Not only that but he showed before and after pictures of his work and got my system working the way it should. Definitely 5 stars to this guy and company.

I just had a new HVAC system installed, complete with new duct work... the experience couldn’t have been better! The guys were fantastic, kind, and courteous! From start to finish, this hard working group was a pleasure to deal with!
