Joshua was on time, friendly, professional and knowledgable. He offered us retro fitting options that could save us money, prioritizes safety and also would be better for maintaining the structural integrity of our older homes existing chimney. He was dedicated to giving us the opportunity to finally use and experience our fireplace!

The professionals from Breath Easy are top notch! Everyone from the receptionist who answered my phone call and booked our appointment to the gentlemen who cleaned out air ducts . Each person was polite, kind, and very attentive to every question and concern I had. I couldn’t ask for better service.

The guys were pros. They made fast work and thoroughly cleaned everything. Equally important was their professional and personal treatment of me, the customer. They looked me in the eyes, called me by name, and shook my hand. Quality service.

Great company to work with. We called on Wednesday and they came out the very next morning and arrived early. Zach was very friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. Highly recommend, we will be using them again in the future when needed.

Ashes away is a great company and would hire again in a heartbeat.We had wasps in the chimney and Zach took care of our problem in no time. He was extremely nice and pleasant to talk with. He explained what he was doing and got in and out in about 20 minutes! He knows what he is talking about and does the job well.

Zack was amazing. I won't say how long it has been since I had my chimney cleaned...but way too long. He was efficient, informative and did a perfect job. I couldn't even tell he had been there as there was no mess/debris at all. So thankful to have found Ashes Away and will highly recommend them to all of my clients.

The inspection went well. I will leave a more thorough review once totally finished. I am very pleased so far and would recommend this company. All the techs that came were very kind and friendly. I had the opportunity to meet my techs today and they were thorough and explained all they did and showed pics of their work and stated they would send the pics to me. I am very pleased with my techs today. My daughter and son n Law handled the other times your techs were here. Inspection went well. I need to review my contract on duct cleaning and all it consist of because no one was here, not at your fault by because of an unscheduled doctors appointment. I will comment later on that part of your service. I do have the info of when I should schedule my next chimney service and I will put it in my calendar. Ty so much, Carol Robinson I have had time to look at all the work and I am so very pleased with this amazing company. They went above and beyond . I had a dryer vent that had come undone under the house and they actually hooked it back up. I highly recommend this company.

Wow what an amazing job our service tech Kody was!! He was extremely thorough and knowledgeable about our chimney. He took pictures and explained everything that he was doing. He took the time to explain what needed to be done and why. He was also very patient with all our questions. We appreciate how personable he was also. I would highly recommend this company for all your chimney needs! I’ll be leaving another review after we have the work recommended done.

Lucas, and Devon came in and got to work immediately on the chimney repairs, fixed all repairs in about 1 hour. Went and got a matching paint color to fix the trim pieces. Then finished off our new fireplace install in about 20 minutes. Great service and professionalism, money well spent!
