I can’t believe I hadn’t discovered this company sooner! Not only have Ray Norwood, the sales specialist, and Greg, the technician, gone above and beyond on getting me set up under the best possible terms, but they also worked with my very busy schedule to make sure that all of the appointments worked best for me. They were both extremely pleasant and informative, and it truly felt like they cared every step of the way. These folks were also looking out for my finances, as they worked out a program that provided the best level of protection at the cheapest price available on the market. I know this because I got a quote from two other companies, and they were just trying to take me to the cleaners, while Ray and Greg truly had my best interest in mind. Thank you for such a 5-star experience and for not making me feel like just another number. You guys are truly on a different level. I will recommend you to everyone I know.

The two guys did a great job at my place got me back up and running. Appreciate there hard work and changing out my front ring door bell that was no operational before.

The entire Witness Security Staff is awesome. Especially Robert and Jimmy who upgraded the system at my house. They made sure that the system operated properly. They also took the time to show us how the system worked, including the App, and answered all of my questions. I would definitely recommend this company.

Andrew showed up right on time. He was very knowledgeable of my system and answered all my questions. I just changed from another security company to Witness Security. It will be nice working with a smaller company that provides customer service.

Service same day I called. Problem was diagnosed as power supply failure. New unit installed and all cameras resumed normal operation. Tech was prompt, knowledgeable and courteous.

When activating our security system in our new home I talked to David, he is very friendly, informative, and knowledgeable. Very quickly I knew he was going to be a great person to work with. He set up everything on his end and the next day we had an installer hooking up our system. The installer was fantastic and I had no problem having him in my home. He was friendly, explained how the system worked very well and helped us get all hooked up. With the system up and running I love it, it’s convenient, priced fairly and the service you get from Titan Alarms is the best I’ve ever worked with. I would highly recommend these guys to anyone on the market for a home security system. This is a good company run by good people who really care about your home and your family. Truly a wonderful experience.
