Amazing experience! The staff are all so friendly and helpful. It’s so easy to rent a unit here and the move out was easy too! You can rent a unit online and you can move out online too. The app came in handy for any questions I had and customer service was very helpful. The prices were very reasonable and the carts they provide made the process of moving in and out go smoothly. I will definitely use them again!

Today has been a very long busy day. I ended up choosing to break up with a woman I had been dating for about 5 months. 3 weeks moving into her place with her I will never do that again. But let’s get to the point ! I chose to leave a very toxic relationship and take everything I own out of her house. It was a lot of stuff. I ended up coming here to get a storage but my direct deposit hasn’t hit as I’m waiting so I can get this storage unit. I walked in very frustrated and the Customer Service Rep Jarrett. I was short in some cash but he did me a huge favor and allowed me to get my storage unit so I. An move my things in. This made my day. I know God is looking out for me after that one and I know my life will be alright . I just wanna say thank you God for putting me in a position to meet Jarrett before he closed so I can get my stuff in a storage unit. I highly recommend this place if you need a place to store your things. The vibe is awesome.

Nice, clean units. Wonderful inside loading bay with plentiful carts. Little high on rates, but for Midtown it's decent. Jarrett is a pleasure

This is a solid storage facility and I definitely recommend it, but it would probably be less remarkable without Jo Ann. She makes this SecurCare special, and adds a very personal touch! She treats renters like people, and has been able to help me out when life happens or things have gone awry (which is very infrequently - truly this place lives up to the "secure" title).

I have stored here for many years. JoAnn has always been helpful and professional in our dealings, working hard to resolve any issues before they become real problems. We are very satisfied with our experiences over the years.

Kassie was very helpful. Took time to show us several units. The rental process was fast and easy to understand. Very professional.
