Had a wonderful experience with Blake at Conrad roofing! We had hail damage to our roof and gutters, and Conrad roofing came and performed a free inspection of our roof to give us options to proceed with getting the roof and gutters replaced. Blake was very communicative and professional. He was knowledgeable and clearly explained the details regarding the roof replacement, insurance payments, and everything else related to the process. Blake communicated with insurance and their inspector to come and look at the roof to see what coverage we were going to receive. This was very helpful and ultimately led us to go with Conrad Roofing to perform our roof replacement and repair our gutters. Blake answered all my questions and seemed happy to help the entire time! He was easy to reach and quick to respond. The actual process was very simple, clear, and stress free. I’m very grateful to Blake and his team! James came out because I told him I had some water spots on my front bathroom ceiling. He got on the roof to inspect the shingles. Sure enough he found some problematic shingles, directly above the bathroom, that we’re pulling up on the corners. Thinking that could be the cause of the water spots by those corners being lifted up during a wind-driven rain storm, he used some adhesive to secure the problem shingles back in place. He also took the time to put some caulking around the vent pipe flashing. He was very nice to work with, informative and didn’t charge a thing to come out and do all of this. Highly recommend.

Darren Morrison, the Roof Advisor they dispatched, was professional and very knowledgeable. He walked me through the process and explained everything very clearly.
