We had a great experience with Chimney Cricket. The previous owners had never had the fireplace or dryer vent cleaned. Needless to say, they were both filthy. Allen did a great job despite the build up and even gave us some great tips for our next fire. He was very clean, and the whole process took about an hour. Overall, we're very satisfied and will use Chimney Cricket again!

Not only were they professional and timely, John made recommendations that were fair and honest. I was so impressed with them I will use them anytime I need fireplace or chimney services. They also keep excellent records, and when I forgot if my outdoor fireplace had been cleared for safety they were easily able to look it up and let me know it was good to go. I love working with them!

We have been using chimney cricket for 4 years and they have done a fantastic job cleaning and looking after our wood burning stove. We just had a minor issue and DON came over right away and solved the problem. I would recommend these guys to anyone who needed work done on their Chimney.
