This company was amazing to work with. We had a chimney fire that resulted in a whole new fireplace needing to be built. Bart and his crew worked with us and our insurance company to get the job done! We were most impressed by how respectful the crew was about keeping our home clean. They communicated well when they were going to be coming to work. They were also very pleasant and understanding of us being in the home with our two girls while construction was ongoing. Our old fireplace had some unexpected structural complications, however the crew quickly made the necessary changes. We were very impressed with the focus on the details and making sure the job was not only done but done correctly.

Bart provided amazing service during a visit to fix an issue with the pilot light going out on my gas logs. He arrived and was very professional. He was also very respectful of my house on this snowy/icy day as he put on his shoe covers prior to entering each time. Bart was able to diagnose the issue and fixed it during the visit while also leaving the gas log setup even nicer than the original install. Would highly recommend Home Safe to anyone for their fireplace needs!

Had our gas fireplace serviced today and can't be happier. The technician Kyle did an outstanding job, was very professional, and informative of best practices for our unit. Highly recommend this company. I found out they also take care of dryer ducts and other things so definitely don't hesitate to call them. Will be using them for our needs from this point on.
