Maddix was prompt, professional, courteous, even put shoe covers on immediately to be respectful of our home and keep things tidy. He did a great job on our regularly scheduled maintenance this winter. But Maddix also helped us tremendously when we were in a bind last summer when our AC needed repairs. He came after hours to help us. I’m grateful for the work Maddix does, he’s a model for Fahnestock service and technicians. They will continue to be my go-to regular maintenance and repair team.

Everyone, from the lady who patiently waited with me, for the weather to warm up so the technician could accurately test the AC unit, to the sales staff, and HVAC technicians + the plumber we used to open our kitchen sink were professional, courteous, & offered education on systems & maintenance. We moved in to our home in 2015. At that time we needed a new Heating/Cooling unit, and a new tankless hot water heater. We called Dan's, they came out, gave us an estimate that was better then any others we had received. The work was done perfectly and the technicians were very knowledgeable. At this time we also purchased their yearly maintenance service agreement. Two times a year a technician is comes out, cleans they unit, changes the filter, and checks all the wiring. Last week Jeff serviced the unit and did a exceptionally detailed job. Jeff was also very courteous to me and my 4 fur babies. Our daughter also had Dan's install her AC, which is serviced 2 times a year as well. We highly recommend Dan's. They will always stand behind their work and make sure you satisfied.
