Michael was the representative who came to help us with our camera issue. This young man not only showed up after a snowstorm, perfectly on time, but proceeded to wade through our snow and shovel a safe pathway as well. He fixed our camera issue and I only wish I had have offered him some hot chocolate or coffee. What an amazing technician AND human being! Thank you.

Upgrade of twenty year old, land-line connected system and added video doorbell. Allowed us to cut our land line. Install was conducted well. System appears to be working fine now. Will begin exploring app that came with the upgrade.

Tom came out and very professional and kind. He truly cares about the customer. He deserves a 10 stars.

Ari was really an amazing sales rep. She was not pressure driven.. she was surprise driven lol. She made this entire process stress free. She was so professional yet down to earth. I appreciate her patience with me too. The installer.. I forgot his name.. he was super fantastic as well!! He went about his business and breezed through the install with no hiccups. He was very friendly and informative. He was very straightforward in explaining how to use my new system. Ari came back to ensure I really understood it as well.. I greatly appreciate that. They both were super fantastic!!! I’m sorry I forgot his name.. he’s blonde with a nose piercing.. young guy.. had exceptional knowledge of what he was doing.. as if he could do it in his sleep no less. Please give him credit.. it’s totally my fault I forgot his name.

Orlando was our salesperson. He was great and very knowledgeable the Vivint products and the pricing. The installer showed up quickly, and set up our security equipment fast, and explained the control panel. The installer did forget to install some of the equipment, but a quick call from Orlando and explained that it will de fixed. So over all I am satisfied wit vivint.

System is so easy to use and it’s super convenient. Safety is something I don’t have to worry about knowing I have Vivint.

Chris was awesome. Efficiently installed and programmed all equipment and made sure I was able to understand and use all features. Very personable.

Instillation tech was very good and friendly. He made sure that we fully understood everything before he left.
