From beginning to end, was an excellent experience. We were very pleased with all aspects of our experience. The woman who answered the phone, Desiree, was very kind and patient and efficient. She let us know that the workmen would notify us when he was on his way and scheduled us at a convenient time. Zach did indeed text us when he was on his way and was very professional and very personable. He was knowledgeable and very efficient. And the price for the service was very reasonable. We highly recommend Overhead Door to anyone who needs their services.

Did a great job. They really took time to tune up both of my garage doors. Both are operating smoothly and no squeaks! They also straightened out a bent rail from the previous owners that may have run their car into the garage which was causing door to open roughly. I really appreciate their thoroughness and communication throughout. I will definitely use them again and recommend to anyone.

The customer service is very good. The phone was answered quickly, an appointment was made easily. On the morning of our appointment I was called to ask if they could come early as they had an opening. My door was fixed quickly and Zane and his partner were excellent.

This is our second time using Reddi. Can’t say enough good things about them. Needed our garage door fixed and they were out within 2 hours. Tim, the service technician was as friendly as he was knowledgeable! Great guy and took time to help with some other door issues we were having. Great company and highly recommend.

Reddi was prompt, courteous and explained what they were going to do, than completed it within the estimated timeframe. Highly recommend to anyone else needing work done on a garage door.

First time using this company, and I will call them again if needed. Tim was very knowledgeable and professional and adjusted the door after replacing the torsion springs. Highly recommend.

The technicians that came out,(Dave and Kaleb) were very professional and respectful. They did a thorough inspection of everything and explained what they found. They gave me three options that they could do. I decided to replace the motor and door. They came back out and did the job. They did a fantastic job and I was very pleased with it. Dave saw something that he thought needed some more work. He said he would come back the following Monday. He came back and worked on it and got it fixed. Dave is an awesome guy that goes above and beyond to get the job done right. I highly recommend this company.

From booking the appt on-line to meeting the tech, there was a lot of communication. The tech showed up on time & was very professional. It took a couple of techs to fix the door, they were very experienced, kept me informed & cleaned up nicely after the project was done. Would recommend & will use again.

Communication and service were great. Craig was on time and easy to talk to. After the inspection, I was given recommendations and things to look for but never felt pressured. Work was done in a timely manner and charges for work done felt fair. I will be using them again in the future and requesting Craig.
