PATTON TERMITE & PEST REVIEWS

Conner was out today for our quarterly service and as always, was so patient and respectful to me and my property. I appreciate Patton doing their best to have the same technician come out because they get to know the property. He took the time to update us on what insects will start to show given the current weather, what he was treating for this time, and then followed up with anything of concern he saw while praying. I appreciate him so much and have a lot of faith in Patton for helping to keep the critters outside where they belong!

Peter Jenkinson came out and treated our house today and did a wonderful job. He has been out a couple of times over the years and I always request him. I have a couple of parrots and a couple of dogs. He takes great care as not to use or have anything affect them. Highly recommended him. Nice gentleman on time and very friendly and helpful. Well done Peter.

Jeremy was very prompt and was able to quickly identify the pest issue. He had some great insights and the estimate was free as stated on the website. I love the service and highly recommend them.

ALTA PEST CONTROL REVIEWS

Damion was quick, thorough, and efficient in our service. We are at a new address and he took the time to explain what he found after completing the service and how to best stay ahead of any issues, particularly with ants and wasps. He was personable and answered my questions with confidence. He reiterated the policy to come back out if needed and how to best structure my yard projects to maximize the effectiveness of the treatments. Great, professional work and interaction. Jake was a pleasant surprise. He was thorough and honest and very personable. He wasn't even phased when I couldn't tell him what bugs I was seeing. I told him I knew of two types of bugs...spiders and "not spiders" Reassured me that they would come back free of charge if I did have a problem. He's welcome back anytime--though I hope it's not for Sasquatch the Spider!!!

Service in April was great. Tech was courteous and did his usual treatment quickly and thoroughly. Really liked the way he made sure to ask if both the dogs were securely indoors before he started. Wonderful job as usual.

She let me know about the work that had been done on the outside of the house and made sure I knew we can reach out if we have any questions or come across any issues. Our experiences with All-Star have been positive. Michelle is a great asset to their company.

Joey is always on time and most importantly very professional. He takes the time to listen to your concerns and explain how he will take care of the concerns. We have used the services of Allstate for 9 years they are the best. I would recommend them to everyone.
