It’s been almost 3 years since I had 6 GWEye cameras installed and I have NEVER had a problem with them . The best part about Northeast security is their rapid response after leaving a message , twice during that time I needed to call them (user error) and they returned my call within minutes .

Northeast Remote Surveillance did a great job at my Businesses and in my home The video surveillance and alarm systems work perfectly, we have have be using their services for over 15 years.

I have had four security companies at different homes over the years and Monks is the best I have worked with. They installed a security system in a new home we built. I might have given them four and a half stars rather than five for a couple of minor things one of their installers did, but overall I have found them to be knowledgeable, professional and focused on customer satisfaction. I am very pleased with the Honeywell system they installed. Bill Monk was always willing to answer questions and went out of his way to make sure we were happy with the final result. I am also impressed with the company they have monitoring the alarm system. Responses are quick and they are very efficient and professional. I highly recommend Monks Security.

These guys are the best! Around 10 months ago we had them install a new Fire Alarm system in one of our apartment buildings. From the initial install to any service we’ve needed these guys have been on it. Fair pricing, quick response and always friendly and easy to talk to. I had my ADT system for close to a year without problem. In November I had a little glitch which I do not think was caused by the system. Without explaining further details Justin came out and got the system back in shape. He took alot of time explaining parts of the operation I did not understand. Prior to him coming out the tech support spent quite a bit of time with me going through certain steps to try and clear the problem. It was too difficult by phone and Justin found one issue that couldn't be corrected by phone. I'm very happy with ADT products, service and support. Thank you!.
