I brought my laptop in with what to me was a catastrophic problem. The Genius Computer team went to work. They fixed the problem and rebuilt the computer as a better, faster one. I couldn’t be happier! I have worked with them in the past and can say with confidence that no problem is too big, but also no problem is too small. You get the same helpful service. These guys are great! I was in panic mode on a Friday morning when I clicked on an innocent looking link and my computer froze up!!! Alarms were going off and red warning lights were flashing. Of all days, I was in the middle of fielding offers on a property I had just listed.I quickly ran myself and my computer up to Genius Computer repair. The guys put my mind at ease by telling me that the virus was isolated and would not infect the other computers on my network. By the next day (Saturday) my computer was all fixed and new anti-virus software installed. The service was great and the price reasonable.

I took my Dell laptop to STS for repair and Sandro quickly found out what the problem was. He advised my hard drive had crashed. A new one was put in and he was even able to save my pictures and documents (a feat I thought was not possible). I am so grateful for his knowledge and professionalism. My repair bill was less than I imagined it would be and the work was done in a quick and courteous manner. I will be highly recommending STS to everyone I know.

The owner Sandro is honest, efficient, and fixed our issue in half a day. Had a Dell Inspiron with Windows 10 that went into "preparing automatic repair" loop after an update. Sandro re-installed the OS and had us back on our feet quickly. I'd highly recommend giving him a chance to diagnose your issue.

My computer crashed when I was updating virus software, go figure! Took in yesterday, got back today. What used to run like a Yugo, now runs like a Ferrari!! Will definitely go there again, if needed. Price was fair. Very happy.
